Before you take your Practical Driving Test you must first pass a Theory and Hazzard Perception Test.
Within this area I can offer a Theory Workshop - where the Car and a Laptop Computer, with the latest DSA questions and Hazzard Perception Video clips are used within a structured hour long lesson to help with: getting started, individual areas you may be stuck or full mock test.
My main body of work will of course, be on teaching you how to drive!
Everybody learns differently some pick up things faster than others, so each lesson will be geared around you, right from learning your cockpit drill and controls through to dual carriageways and bay parking and finally that all important PASS sheet.
What happens if I have already had some lessons ?
I can help there too, I will asses you skills in an Assesment Drive, and we can then disscuss how your continued training can proceed.

Thats fine I have considerable experience with paired teaching.
( Please remember, to make it fair on both students, I can only pick up and drop off in the same place )
I want to learn quickly !
This is known as Intensive teaching.
For some this is the way forward no waiting a week between each lesson. If you have driven before then we will need to arrange an Assesment drive, otherwise I offer a great one week course 8am until 3pm or 9am until 4pm every day with the test at the end of the week.
( Please note, You MUST have already passed your theory test before starting an intensive course. Practical Tests are booked for the end of a week i.e Friday or Saturday, courses will then be arranged accordingly. I reserve the right to cancel a students test if they are not ready come test day. Intensive courses do not guarantee a test pass! )
I have PASSED now What !
PASS PLUS is a DSA scheme designed to give new drivers even more practical experience behind the wheel.
Topics covered include:
Town Driving
Out of Town and Rural Roads
Dual Carriageways
Night Driving
All Weather Driving
and MOTORWAYS
The DSA recommend a minimum 6 hours tuition, but if needs be it can be increased. Pass plus is great way to expand your knowledge and experience of driving make you and the people around you safer. I offer Pass Plus to any body who has just passed their Practical Test and an extra discount to my existing students.
Students who complete the course will be offered a discount on their car insurance premium by Pass Plus participating insurance companies
