TERMS & CONDITIONS
Chris Grinham Driving Instructor shall provide the student/s with driving tuition @ the hourly rate previously discussed with student.
Payment for tuition should be made in advance at each lesson by cheque made payable to C.J. Grinham or cash. Payable on previous lesson. If this is student/s first lesson with Chris Grinham Driving Instructor payment for two lessons or block booking will be due.
Lesson cancellations should be made by student with Chris Grinham Driving Instructor at least TWO working days prior to lesson otherwise lesson fees will not be refunded.
Chris Grinham Driving Instructor reserves the right to cancel / rearrange a lesson / s / test due to illness or mechanical failure, this lesson / s / test will be honoured.
Chris Grinham Driving Instructor reserves the right to withdraw vehicle from lesson / s / test if student if found to be drunk, under the influence or unable to produce required documentation the lesson / s / test fees will not be refunded.
